  I highly recommend Tim Helbing to anyone looking to go through a bankruptcy. My first impression of Mr. Helbing set the stage for what was to come. After much agonizing over my decision to seek bankruptcy, I finally made calls to two legal practices in the Appleton area that were considered top notch in this field and had excellent reviews. I left messages with both law offices. Later that day, after normal business hours actually, I received a call back from Mr. Helbing. At his request I briefly explained my situation and he quickly provided me with his process and we set up a preliminary meeting. Just before we hung up I found out he was on vacation when he called me back. I was pretty astounded that he would reach out instead of just waiting until he returned a few days later. In the meantime, the other law office I had called actually never responded back to my message. It wouldn’t have mattered, I had already made up my mind that I wanted to proceed with Mr. Helbing as I was already that impressed. From the first meeting to the last I was treated with respect, honesty, clarity and efficiency. Additionally, when I had any questions along the way, he responded very quickly, which was amazing and appreciated. From the start I was given a checklist of what was needed to be provided and a timeline of the stages, from signing his contract to completion of the bankruptcy. Everything went exactly as expected. For something so unfortunate to have to go through in life, Mr. Helbing made it as painless and straightforward as possible, while also exhibiting integrity, good humor and expertise. I highly recommend Tim Helbing to anyone seeking such services. I promise, he is for real and this review is for real, entirely based on my personal experience. Good luck. Lynne

  I had given them a call to see if I could come in and talk to someone about my situation and I was cutoff by the other person on the line saying that I needed to “hurry up and speak.” I thought that was kind of rude to tell someone who’s going through something stressful. I called this place after reading the amazing reviews and I was rudely interrupted/cutoff. I was shocked. I’m not mad, I’m more upset than anything. I am from the east coast, but I’ve lived in Appleton Wisconsin for two years now.
