- DJDave JordanMay 5, 20261.0I did an internet search and found that this company has litigated class action lawsuits against the company I am having problems with. In fact, they currently have an investigation ongoing with this company in regards to the specific problems I am having. I had a lengthy interview on the phone with a woman who could not pronounce several words in my email and didn’t know what Atty stood for. She’s wasn’t an Attorney or even a paralegal. She told me in a polite manner that they do not handle cases like this one. When I informed her they have litigated against this company before she quickly ended the call and sent me the number to the Utah State Bar. So much help! I would never give them a second chance.
