They are doing so by fausley advertising cases that they handle on their website. Morgan and Morgan on their website advertise that they are an attorney that represents people in class actions. I have a case that involves more than 50 individuals which would qualify as a class action case. I had a 27 minute call with an intake specialist who explained to me that they do not handle class action case cases like this. The intake specialist that I talked to. I was asking questions and he admitted he is ill-equipped to answer my questions because he’s a medical consultant and not a legal professional I requested to speak with an attorney or a paralegal regarding the case to which that request was refused.My recommendation would be don’t waste your time with this company.
