- MMMariellaSep 24, 20261.0I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect I experienced at this office. During my consultation, the attorney repeatedly focused on a supposed language barrier rather than actually listening to my case—even though I was communicating clearly. Instead of offering guidance, I was dismissed, talked down to, and left with the uncomfortable feeling of being subjected to discriminatory bias and prejudice based on my background. A legal consultation should be a safe space where every client is treated with dignity, not bias. I cannot recommend this firm based on this poor and disrespectful experience.
