  Preston is one of those few attorney's I've come across that genuinely seems honest and fair and has the best interest in his client. He doesn't come across as someone who wants to run up your retainer but as someone who will give you his legal expertise on things. I wish I would've hired him from the beginning.

  He can help anybody in a divorce or a criminal situation. He's going to what he does and he helped me in both. Anyone I meet. With either of these issues I send that's a very good friend that I've had for years. It was in the middle of a custody battle. Paid $10,000 to an attorney and got nowhere. I told him to see preston. I have another friend they're fighting over who pays the filing fee for the divorce. I tell anybody that I need and you tuck county or salt lake county if they need need an attorney specializing in what he does I tell them to go see him there is no one that I haven't told with any issues he covers to go see Preston if you want the best see Preston I'm grateful for the help he's given me

  He is a great lawyer and a very empathetic caring person. I can't recommend him enough. He helped me so much with both a divorce and a legal matter. The only negative is that he can sometimes be a bit difficult to get a hold of. He needs to hire a secretary. Lol He does get back in a timely matter when it's urgent though.
