I contacted this firm because the house where I recently rented from is in foreclosure. I found that this firm bombarded my mailbox with letters to tenants that are no longer residing at this house. I called this office 3 times. The first 2 times, I left a detailed message, the atty or paralegal handling this case NEVER returned my call. Until the last call where the receptionist made me do the whole song and dance with her and advised me that she was placing me on hold to see if the person handling the case was "available". She came back to my call to ask me "why are you calling" and I explained again... I moved into an apartment in a house, which you confirmed, is in foreclosure. I do not pay rent to whom you have listed as the landlord. I have never seen that person and so I need to know what to. She said ok, please hold again. She came back to the call and then stated that the person I needed to speak to was not available. That was clearly an insult to my intelligence. She offered to have me leave another voicemail, for which I refused. I explained to her that I'd already done that and never received a call back, so I would be repeating myself. I had he1 0 r take the message instead.... I ensured her that I would not take up his/her time. I NEVER received a courtesy call. This firm represents the bank in this matter, I truly thought that they would call me back just to advise where to obtain information and to confirm. I know that they are not my lawyer, however, I feel it was very unprofessional the way they handled this matter. Monica R.
