  Horrible experience. First time hiring a traffic attorney and last time as well. There was just no effort. No beneficiary to it. Obviously doing this you know there’s a risk of losing. But at least a little negotiation of something. Whether that’s lowering the points just a little or paying a fine but no points, something. But than i realized after i paid him he has nothing to lose (he already got his money). All he did for me was lower my speed by 4, which didnt benefit me in any way. Didn’t lower my points nothing. Instead he claimed, it helps with less headaches from insurance. It was the same thing by the way. Don’t recommend at all whatsoever. Would have rathered represented myself. The worst possible outcome would’ve been the same as paying you. Absolute scam and no care for what he does. Don’t recommend at all!!

  Mr. Birch was a huge help with a serious speeding ticket I was facing, and because of his skill and experience, the case ended up getting dismissed. I really can’t recommend him enough. I’ve hired him multiple times, and every single time he works hard to get the best possible outcome. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with traffic cases.   I was going to hire him to help me with a ticket, he was very rude and unprofessional from the start. Straight to demanding money without explaining any further details on how he would actually go about it. I’ve had traffic lawyers in brooklyn that take the time to go over each ticket and possible outcomes with you before requesting money right away.

  Worst lawyer ever!! Never updated me about my case.He lost the case and not told me and I received mail letter from dmv.I was found guilty so I ended up paying for the ticket and his fee. The least they could’ve done is to give me a call and let me know about my situation. Waste of money!
