  They were great to deal with ! Especially Nikki,she always responded to emails- very friendly!! I would definitely recommend them if you get hurt in an accident !

  I must admit when I called William Mattars office after I was involved in an accident in July of 2025, their response and concern seemed legit. The communication was very good although after many months of back and forth contact the closed my case with no explanation! I asked why but did not get an answer. I’m thinking the at fault party’s insurance company was not a reputable company to deal with as they insure people with poor driving records. I also think possibly, that my physical injuries were not sufficient enough for Mattar’s people to bother with. I am 78 and I had never been in an accident before and this accident was mentally traumatic for me. The driver at fault ran a red light and was hit by a dually truck which sent the 4000 lb vehicle in to our vehicle landing on the hood of our car and bouncing off! Our vehicle which was a good sized SUV was totaled! Luckily my physical injuries did not put me or my husband, who was driving, in the hospital. I did have a fairly significant sternum injury and bruises but no broken bones or other traumatic injuries. It’s just a shame that the injuries suffered have to be visible and physical rather than emotional for attorneys to continue with a case. Needless to say I would not recommend William Mattars office to anyone unless you’ve suffered major physical injuries and have to be hospitalized. To be hung out to dry after months of thinking that they would help you, then to have the case closed with NO explanation was very, very, discouraging. At this time I am still dealing with the at fault drivers insurance company with no considerable action. Maybe that’s the reason Mattar’s firm closed my case.
