  If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against hiring Michelle Cimino. She has demonstrated a consistent lack of reliability and an alarming level of poor communication. Both she and her assistant repeatedly failed to respond to calls, texts, and emails for extended periods of time, sometimes lasting weeks or even months, including after payment had been made. This level of disregard is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in a legal matter where timely communication is critical. Their lack of responsiveness directly contributed to unnecessary delays and added stress throughout the process. I strongly encourage anyone considering her services to conduct thorough research and review feedback from past clients over the last 10+ years. A clear and concerning pattern of similar experiences emerges.

She brought a calm, confident presence to the courtroom and clearly understands the law as well as how things actually work in practice.   Michelle helped us through a child custody case. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation. She was always prompt in replying with answers to our questions. We felt confident in her expertise. The case was resolved promptly and effectively. Even years after the case, she quickly responded to a question to help us through an issue. We would highly recommend Michelle.

  Michelle did a good job getting us what visitation with my grandson that she could. I thought the fee was a little outrages since we once took this matter to court in front of one judge n then had to go and retaine her a second time in front of another judge for the same matter. I did not like the fact that we had to do this over the phone but with covid it was warranted. I also feel that the the public defender on the other parties behalf was not present half the time or just didn't do what she was supposed to do or we had to reschedule because of no shows. Michelle did do her best to get ahold of other parties public defender or other attorneys via phone and e-mail. She always sent me emails regarding the case and how we were moving forward. This was a family Court matter. Thank you Michelle Cimino.
