  Mr. Morse helped me with the eviction of a tenant. I found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He took time to understand my situation and recommend the best course of action. He helped negotiate an agreement, and most importantly, establish a hard move-out date with the tenant. He was transparent about his fees, so there were no surprises. I would recommend him for any landlord-tenant issue.

  represents landlords that violate the law!! very sad to see in our community and egregious. He is also very unresponsive and not nice if you try and ask him basic questions. very sad to see in the community once again.

  I feel that this lawyer profiled me and didn’t give me the decency of a response. It doesn’t feel good to feel undignified by someone. If a defender doesn’t Integrity then maybe they are in the wrong business. Would not recommend

  I would like to take this time to acknowledge The Law office of Albert Ian Morse on how his services changed my teenage daughter’s life also mines as well. I hired Mr.Morse when my 14 year old daughter was illegally removed from a school that we was in titled to be part of. After having my daughter out of school for more than 21 days Mr.Morse fought everyday none stop tried many options on how to get her back in the school system, even after commissioners rejected school board rejected all our claims Mr.Morse was able to make sure my daughter was back in school and every allegations was dismissed. At this point I would recommend this attorney to anyone going threw my situation and I would say trust Mr.Morse with your case he is the perfect person to fight for your rights, he is the one person that will make it his responsibility to make sure you get the best outcome, Mr.Morse with guide you threw every step of the way and most importantly if you as a client have any questions any concerns Mr.Morse will make sure you understand what is going on what are all your options also will guide you threw his best knowledge. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome that I was given I would never go to any other attorney. Mr.Morse is the way to go he also specializes in many other field I would also put my trust in his hands
