  Hi my name is shisley Villacres and today I had an amazing experience with this law firm, Allison spoke with me with excellent customer service empathy and respect, she made me feel like a human with great value hearing me with a lot respect and education to me and my situation and the tragedy of being a wife of disabled husband in a construction accident,my husband unfortunately had a construction accident 10 years ago and she explained this firm is so selective with their cases and no matter they can’t accept the case of my husband and try to take out the case of my husband fight with his lawyers who don’t want finish the case no matter my husband requested by letter that for 3 years she recommended call to the bar and ask for a lawyer who can fight for us Dear Allison thank you so much again for hear me with empathy respect and compassion i never will to forget that after 10 years getting disrespected by lawyers doctors and rude doctors and paralegals staff in york city, find a person like Allison is a blessing!   My attorney was Eileen Kelly. She was amazing. She always kept me up to date with my case and what was going on with the other parties. I never had to chase after her as my attorney. Dhe called often and constantly informed me. My case went on for 4 years but trust me it wasn't on behalf of the firm.
