  I reached out for help with a legal matter and had a consultation with one of the representatives. I then received a call stating that there was an update on my case and I would be transferred to a case specialist. I waited on hold for 10 minutes just to be told that my case was not accepted. I was not provided a reason or able to speak to the attorney. They asked my permission to refer me to others attorneys (likely for the referral fees), but I’ve been through this process before and know it’s a waste of time. Although I know that not all cases have merit or can be handled by the firm, not being provided a reason left me with no clarity as to my next steps. If my case doesn’t have merit, I’d at least know to stop pursuing it, rather than going in circles. The firm’s client service is poor, and I urge potential clients to consider this when deciding which lawyer to retain.

  I contacted the firm during an emotional time for my family. They remained calm, professional, and supportive. Their guidance helped me feel more prepared. I would recommend them because they understand how personal family matters can be.

  I couldn’t even get through a consultation because the case operators were so incompetent. I was passed around to 5 different people over the course of 2+ hours , some operators said I had a case and then others said I didn’t. I got passed around so much I just decided this wasn’t a company I wanted to work with anymore and it’s so discouraging. After the fact, my information didn’t get fully dismissed even though there was different opportunities. INSTEAD my phone is getting bombarded by a bunch of calls from different firms referred to by Morgan and Morgan. They are sharing my information after approving then dismissing me. Maybe the lawyers are fine but the case operators are so horrible and invasive now I have to call to remove my information that they keep spreading on to different firms for a case they said I could and couldn’t take. Such a poorly run company. I don’t trust them at all now.

  I was worried after leaving the emergency room. I called Morgan & Morgan and Ashley assured me I was in good hands. After our consultation I felt as if the biggest part of my unfortunate accident was taken care. I’m glad I called and was able to get the help I needed without a hassle. It was sincere, straightforward and now I can move forward knowing I’m in the right hands. Thank you again Ashley.
