  Don’t waste your time they will make you go to appointments, send documents on their app and then drop you. Lazy, unprofessional and unwilling to help you. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE it’s all a marketing scam. Check all the reviews online not just this google 4.9 rating.

  When I first spoke with the woman who was assigned to handle my case, I immediately felt that she was unprepared and unsure about how to proceed. She did not seem to know what questions to ask or how to properly conduct the initial interview. She was also late to our first scheduled appointment. I actually called because I thought the appointment had been forgotten, only to find out that she was not prepared to conduct the interview at that time. Despite my concerns, I decided to give the process a chance and scheduled an appointment with my doctor to gather the necessary documentation. However, before I could do so, I received a call from someone else informing me that the lawyer had decided to drop my case. The person who called me was at least professional and knew how to handle the conversation. Overall, my experience with Morgan & Morgan was extremely disappointing. The lack of preparation, communication, and professionalism made the process feel like a waste of my time. Based on my experience, I found the firm to be inefficient and, at times, rude.

  Contacted Morgan and Morgan after tripping and falling on a sidewalk that had been raised significantly over the years from tree roots. I didn't call the police or an ambulance. I got up and dealt with the pain. Four days later, after the pain got worse, a went to my doctor who ordered X-rays. It revealed I had broken a rib and would be out of work at least a month. After giving Morgan and Morgan the information they requested, they told me they weren't taking my case. A totally legitimate trip and fall apparently isn't profitable enough for them. The person who called me basically said that the case could take more than a year and wouldn't be worth the expense. So I guess they're not for the people, they're for themselves.
