  I hired this probate attorney to protect my interests as a beneficiary in an estate matter. I paid a $6,000 retainer fee expecting professional representation, communication, and transparency. Within just two months, communication became extremely limited. Before even reaching six months into the case, I received a request for an additional $6,000 despite very little visible progress or substantive work being done on my behalf. At that point, I decided the attorney-client relationship was not the right fit for me. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the lack of communication and billing transparency. I am now still waiting for my refund, which is reportedly being reduced for “work performed,” even though the amount of actual work completed appeared minimal. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering representation to ask detailed questions upfront about billing practices, communication expectations, and how retainers are handled.

  Re: Nathan Glasgow's one star rating posted previously. Not only is this firm discourteous and unprofessional, they are also dishonest. In response to my previous rating (Nathan Glasgow's one star review. I couldn't reply to their response under my profile so I used my colleague's) they stated they communicated to me that they are unable to assist in contested probate. Not only is my father's probate uncontested but this claim that they communicated their fabrication to me is furthest from the truth. I have attached the two text I received from Tyler to this review. One I received 15 minutes before the consultation was scheduled to begin and the other I received four minutes after the consultation was scheduled to start. It's unbelievable and preposterous that this firm would be so unprofessional and state such a blatant lie. Please beware!!!!

  I scheduled an appointment to speak with this firm concerning an issue I had with the probate of my father's estate. After I canceled other commitments I had to accommodate my appointment with them they canceled the appointment without even having the courtesy of giving me a phone call or a reason why they couldn't assist. Very unprofessional and discourteous.
