  Nothing but great things to say! David has been such a great person to have on my side. He made every step simple and just a great experience all around! I dont think I could recommend anyone more than him at this point. Thank you for such a great experience with a lawyer.

  I highly recommend Eisenberg & Baum for assistance and I'm grateful for the assistance provided by Eisenberg & Baum staff. David is understanding and patient with communication needs. This is especially important when it comes to service dog accessibility, communication accessibility, and discrimination. It's one thing to listen to someone but it's completely different making someone feel fully heard and understood especially when dealing with situations meant to silence you. I highly recommend working with David Hommel! He is a professional and I'm incredibly grateful for his work at E&B.

  David Hommel was an actual angel when I experienced discrimination against my service dog in a grocery store. I called so many attorneys (at least a dozen) who refused to take my case before getting his contact from another service dog handler who raved about him. I give his contact information out anytime I find out about discrimination other handlers have faced. If you’ve experienced disability discrimination, you will not regret working with him!
