Eric Baum & Rayna were both very attentive to my needs and handle my situation we care and compassion as well as providing me with a safe space. they always made sure that I felt heard. they work very tirelessly to make sure that everything went well and help me overcome the issues at hand.   I am writing to give a 5-star rating for Eisenberg & Baum, LLP’s Deaf Law Center and Disability Rights. This rating would have been higher if Google permitted a higher rating. I have over 35 years of experience in fair housing and fair lending litigation and training. In my experience, Eisenberg & Baum is the preeminent law firm for their advocacy for the Deaf community and American Sign Language (ASL) requirements. For several years, I have had the privilege of working closely with Eisenberg & Baum attorneys Andrew Rozynsk, David John (DJ) Hommel, and Reyna Lubin. Andrew combines brilliance in legal understanding, analysis, and oral advocacy with his deep compassion for the needs of his clients. DJ excels in brief writing and oral advocacy at the trial and appellate court levels. Unlike the stereotypical aggressive attorney, DJ writes and speaks in a thoughtful, reserved fashion. At the end of the day, however, DJ can persuade even the most skeptical jurist of the merits of his client’s position. Reyna, an experienced trial attorney, has obtained a growing list of successful verdicts. Reyna’s legal analysis and advocacy as to disability rights and ASL services matches that of Andrew and DJ. Over the years, I have spoken to many attorneys throughout the country concerning the work of Andrew, DJ, and Reyna. Without exception, other attorneys share the views I have expressed in this review. I recommend that Andrew, DJ, and Reyna, and the other attorneys at Eisenberg & Baum, be consulted before retaining counsel.
