  This man knows his stuff. Edward represented me on a pretty complex workers comp case. I’ve never had a comp case before so I didn’t really know what to expect or what was what, Edward helped clarify a lot of it (as much as I didn’t agree with the things he clarified) workers comp is messy and the carrier is absolutely against you, and at times, it will feel like this whole workers comp system was built to be against you, to frustrate you, to force you back to work before you are medically ready. It’s WHAT THEY DO. When they pull the bs, (not paying on time- stiffing you on mileage, denying prior authorizations, the typical games they play) Edward pulls them into court to be held accountable. No nonsense. He’s very good at what he does. My case was super complex with the medical diagnosis(s) and Edward understood everything very well, in fact he had a number of conversations where he asked “is this happening to you? is that happening to you?” things that I didn’t even bother to tell my treating doctor were happening and i was just like wow this guy gets it (traumatic brain injury). He was there any time I needed him. Want to talk to him? don’t gotta leave a message or wait for a secretary to relay, I texted him on iMessage. Sometimes at 5 am. (Sorry ed) He would never let me sit unanswered for more than a few hours, when I needed updates, he got them. When I had a problem, he was there. When I was beyond frustrated with the whole system, he listened. Hire this man for your case, you won’t regret it. - side note for owner Edward, it was a pleasure meeting your acquaintance. You are a great attorney, and as much as I like ya, I hope I never have a need for your services again. Take care!

  Mr. Seplevy, was very helpful explaining the worker's comp process to me. He always had an open line of communication. He actually answers the phone personally and takes the time to fully explain everything to you. Working with him has made a very stressful experience much easier to get through.
