  I just hired Owen to be my attorney after going through 2 attorneys because they lacked communication and informed me of nothing. I found out more about my case on the day I hired Owen than I did when I had the other attorneys. Hope to settle this case with Owen till the end

  I’m hoping that this review helps others. After my accident I faxed a copy of the letter the insurance company sent me that stated they only pay out policy limits. Immediately I was told it’s just standard policy and that it wouldn’t apply to my case. For almost a year I was told on 3 separate occasions that my case was “very big”. Every time I came to the office I felt very confident with the direction my case was taking. Till the day joe told me over the phone that the other drivers policy limit was only 100,000. When I mentioned the “very big” scenario. I got no response. I was shocked. After the temporary disability ran out I had to go into my retirement savings to make ends meet. I haven’t been able to go back to work due to the pain I’m still in to this day. After 5 rounds of injections and nerve blocks I finally went through with the cervical fusion. I am scheduled for another epidural steroid injection this upcoming Wednesday because I am still in pain to this day. The physical therapy after surgery created more pain then helped. Unable to return to work I now live on public assistance and had to move out of New York. I still have doctors bills to this day and just recently received a bill for 19 dollars from the law office joe recommended to me for my social security disability case for which I was denied. Lastly if you were injured by a commercial vehicle or the other driver is at fault and they have money you can go after do your self a favor don’t hire an attorney or at least do your research. If you can find a legal aid they can help you submit all the paperwork for a couple hundred bucks you could actually deal with the insurance company directly. As long as your injury is legit and you keep all records and doctors notes you won’t have to pay a lawyer 33 percent of what’s yours like I did. Joe even charged me for stamps. I’ve recently started therapy with a counselor along with medications to help me deal with the anxiety and depression that this entire ordeal has put me through. It pains me to think that I put my trust in someone and I lost everything in the process. All I wanted was someone to be honest with me from the beginning and not tell me what they thought I wanted to hear at the time. Check you policy limits!!!!! I still have everything related to my case emails and all. It sickens me what I was put through and all I did was get rear ended while I was at a complete stop by some guy with no money and a long criminal past. Don’t trust anyone with your health and well being take it from me.
