- PTPatrick TulleyMay 8, 20265.0This firm is terrible. Had a very straightforward survey dispute over property line. Original survey maps all presented. Neighbor has no certificate of occupancy for building that infringes original survey stakes which match map. And the judge still rules in favor of the property stealer. My attorney Steven Perkins was excellent but the firm did not stand behind him. Look elsewhere they can’t even deliver on the most basic of property cases. Led to me having to move away and rent the property. Suffered personal injury and now the property is in disrepair from excellent condition at the time of original litigation. Glens falls legal system works against investment and improvement by young men and women and this firm assists.

It’s very urgent and they just keep sending you to voicemails to leave messages with people that don’t call back. Staff doesn’t seem to care about additional business. How difficult is it to look at availability and schedule an appointment?! What a shame
