Despite the fact that I am recovering from my injuries at home, they keep highlighting that they will take my case only if I can provide photographs of the road conditions which caused my motorcycle accident. When I clearly said, I cannot do that because of my condition, they have the nerve to say please call us back if you have any other case in the future. That’s when I had to tell the law firm directly that they are not a good law firm.

I called them back (Some Deborah) and they transferred me 3 times just to someone give me some information. After 3 times, some Alex finally got my call and started asking basic questions. I was on the call while I was driving work (which he was aware) and when he asked me for my employers address I said "hey I don't know the exactly address, I'm driving right now, but it's located in..... the name is....). He sounded really confused about it and I'd spelt the name of the company (really easy name) and then he was saying all the time "Hmmmm" "hmmmm" so I was like okay this's weird because everyone in NY knows this place and that location. Alex stopped answering my questions and then He hung up on me. Not even a call back because I thought was a mistake. Really unprofessional, I have a really solid case and just because he doesn't know how to communicate and do his search, lost a potential customer. Luckily the other firms acted quickly. Thanks for nothing guys!🌸
