Very thorough and sympathetic make sure I understood everything and that if I needed time explaining since it was such a sensitive subject that I could take as much time as I needed for them to wait until I was ready to explain and wouldn't be cause any more upset than I already was. They would be my first choice to call for any situation from now on. I couldn't ask for a better experience.This was my daughter who took her life at 16 because of social media.
