Communication has been consistently unacceptable, characterized by a persistent failure to follow up on critical matters. Furthermore, the continuous turnover of paralegals assigned to my file has severely disrupted continuity and undermined my confidence in your team. Ultimately, this experience has resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and accountability from your firm.

Despite the fact that I am recovering from my injuries at home, they keep highlighting that they will take my case only if I can provide photographs of the road conditions which caused my motorcycle accident. When I clearly said, I cannot do that because of my condition, they have the nerve to say please call us back if you have any other case in the future. That’s when I had to tell the law firm directly that they are not a good law firm.
