  The people are amazing. Lisa Robinson and Diane Rockdashil were always on top of things ,always answered all of my questions also took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand it clearly. I would highly recommend this law firm to others.

  A year ago, I was unfortunate enough to have been attacked by a dog. This experience not only left me extremely shaken, but also injured. Maureen was the ray of light. She supported me throughout this entire process. For someone who has never gone through anything like this, she communicated clearly and thoroughly, so I understood each step and the overall process. She always made me feel heard, validated, and respected. She worked tirelessly for my case, and fought for me. During negotiations, she always kept me up to date, and supported my thoughts. I would choose Maureen every time. I will always be extremely grateful to her, and everything she has done for me. She made a very traumatic experience positive, and I can’t thank her enough for that!

  I was attacked by 2 pit bulls while I was on the job in 2024. It was very severe. PTSD, much physical injury and scarring, life changing mental and emotional anguish, lack of sleep, the works. I thought I could get through this. I couldn’t. Many of my friends and family and co-workers said I should sue. I wasn’t going to. But then I did. I looked only at one attorney firm - DeFrancisco and Falgitano. I never looked into another firm. My first visit was a couple weeks after the attack. I sat with Mr. DeFrancisco and another attorney named Jamie. I had pics. They took more pics. We talked for at least an hour. The details were pretty gruesome, and emotional for me. Jamie took many notes. I said I didn’t think that dog bites fetch much (no pun intended). Jamie said not to presume anything, that this would take time and he was going to do his best for me. But it would take time and to be patient. We spoke about every 6 mos. He sent emails also. He asked for updated pics. Kept me up to date on my case. It took 2 years to settle. Finally. Unbelievable…..huuuge settlement. I couldn’t believe it. I was shocked!! Amazed!! All due to Jamie and hard work from this firm. Never had to go to trial. It shows what patience and perseverance does when it comes to this kind of thing. I hope nothing bad ever happens to me again. But if I ever EVER need an attorney again it will be this firm. Remember the name, people…..DeFrancisco and Falgiatano. They really do work hard for their clients. I am definitely proof of that!
