  SLA is amazing. They held our hand through the entire process and explained things clearly to us. They understand the ins and outs of the education system and make sure that children have a fighting chance to receive free and appropriate education!

  Julie Cohen and Joseph Fine were brilliant support for my son's case with the DOE. When I went to them five years ago my son's case was a mess. They sorted everything out, and my son is graduating this year with their excellent support. Highly recommend Joseph and Julie Cohen.

  We have used SLA for 9 years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. They make a daunting job of navigating the whole special education process manageable. When we started I had no idea the amount of work and effort that goes into this process. SLA have great employees who are hard working friendly and caring. Everyone we have dealt with has done a great job and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Susan Luger Associates is the best asset you can count on & most wonderful staff you can have by your side for all your concerns dealing with the school system. Executive Director Natasha Chase, Advocacy Team: Tom Feola & Adrienne Schorr, Affiliated Attorney-Adriane Gavronsky and all staff are so knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated in their tasks for advocating for each child. Susan Luger Associates, Natasha Chase has as lead gave more than 100% at all times on working on our case for our daughter. Susan Luger Associates always assigned great advocates to attended all of my daughter IEP/CSE meetings this year and last year. Hiring Susan Luger Associates will shift the power dynamic in your favor. Navigating the special education system on your own is extremely difficult. The terminology is foreign and the range of available services and accommodations is extremely broad. This puts a parent without professional support, in a weak position to traverse the system and negotiate for their child's needs. We ended up being granted EVERY support and accommodation that Susan Luger Associates had suggested based on his review of our case. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to you for helping and guiding us from day one. From day one, our very first face to face meeting, we knew that we had a chance at winning this case, and fortunately for us, this proved to be true. We realized that this was not the easiest case to win, and that you were required to spend hours researching and putting the puzzles together. Thank you for your expertise, our case not only saw the light of day, but won as a deferral. Your dedication, your attention to detail and diligence made this all possible.   I am a huge fan of Susan and her entire staff. I remember when I was a nervous wreck and Susan and Natasha and Rhoda made the process of advocating for my child manageable. This is a full-service organization that shines in every way. They have great legal (J Fein is a gem) and they guide you through every step, handle all paperwork, request for payment and if you require a school visit, an advocate who understands your needs. They are honest, smart and I am so glad to call them my representatives. UPDATE: 2021 My son is off to college and SLA provided the best possible service imaginable. 5 stars and the most knowledgeable and kind staff. Thanks for all of you support.
