The special education department in my school district in Oyster Bay has failed him for years. He has had a 504 which is worthless. My son was suspended again this week. Mr. Fein spent hours, providing me wityguidance for preparation for the Manifestation determination hearing which took place today. He accompanied me virtually to the meeting. He was so knowledgeable, experienced, and effective, resulting in the removal of the suspension. I highly recommend him for any special education guidance and representation, or even general education legal matters.
