  I contacted the Law Office of James M. Wagman about a speeding ticket and a secondary ticket that I got on the Taconic Parkway. I am amazed at the outcome. Both tickets that carried points were reduced to fines and O points. James was a pleasure to speak to and did an great job. I highly recommend this firm.

  Needing a lawyer is rarely something we look forward to. But when you need a lawyer, especially for a traffic related issue, you would be hard pressed to do better than James Wagman. He was quick to get in touch, a pleasure to deal with on the phone, reasonably priced and most importantly he delivered more than I believe I had a right to.

  I reached out to Jim's office for representation in a traffic matter in Milan Town Court. I received a quick call back directly from Jim, who was easy to speak with and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Communication was excellent throughout the case, with prompt and organized follow-up by email. He gave a realistic assessment of what he thought could be achieved without making unrealistic promises. In the end, he obtained an excellent result by having my Taconic Parkway speeding ticket reduced to a no-point parking violation, and I did not have to appear in court. I highly recommend him to anyone needing representation for a traffic matter in Milan Town Court or the Hudson Valley.

  I read online that James Wagman was the best traffic lawyer for the Albany, NY area and I was very glad to retain him for my traffic ticket. He was great with communication and kept me updated every step of the way. Got the points and the fine reduced and did all the hard work for me. I hope not to be a repeat customer but definitely recommend James Wagman if you need help with a traffic ticket.
