  James was knowledgeabe and experienced, and saved me a great deal of time and aggravation in taking care of my traffic matter. I was very pleased with his communication and efficiency (though I can't say the same for the court itself). Highly recommend using him.

  I had a great experience with James Wagman! I had an 8 pt speeding ticket and a 3 pt failure to yield ticket. He told me that they never reduce that 3 pt ticket, but we should get a reduction on the 8 pts. He recommended that I take a defensive driving class before the court date which I did. He met with the prosecutor prior to standing before the judge and was able to get the 8 pt ticket dismissed!!!! I highly recommend Mr. Wagman!!

  Quick, easy, and delivered on his promise. I was initially cited for a 4 point speeding violation and reached out to Mr. Wagman. He was very professional and said he could promise to get it knocked down to 2 points at a minimum but he would shoot for 0 points. He ended up knocking it down to a 0 point parking violation which saved my insurance prices in the long run. I highly recommend giving him a call should you find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you again Mr. Wagman!

  You don’t come across honest people like James often. This was my first time needing a lawyer and he made the whole process easy. He was professional, took his time answering my questions, and was open to my ideas. He knows what he’s doing and was able to get my 6-point traffic ticket down to a zero points parking ticket- you're in good hands! His office staff is also extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
