  I highly recommend the Law Office of James M. Wagman for anyone facing a traffic ticket in the Catskill area. I received a speeding ticket on Interstate 87 for going 70 in a 65 zone, which carried 3 points. Mr. Wagman took the case immediately, filed a not guilty plea the same day he was retained, and I never had to appear in court.   Outstanding Result! I hired Mr. Wagman to assist with a 6-point speeding ticket (77 in a 55) in Charlton Town Court. He worked quickly and effectively to negotiate the charge down to a minor, non-speeding 2-point violation (VTL 1120b). His communication was clear throughout the entire process, making the resolution completely hassle-free for me. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommended!

  I’m truly so impressed with the entire process with James Wagman. After inquiring with other lawyers, I immediately felt comfortable with James as he personally called me and walked me through the process. I live out of town from where I had my speeding ticket, and it would’ve been impossible for me to make my hearing date, he showed up for me and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. The final result was just as impressive as everything leading up to it. He saved me a ton of money, he saved me speeding ticket points, and had my speeding ticket reduced to a small parking violation. if you’re looking for a lawyer in the area for your traffic violation, I would highly recommend James.
