Communication felt inconsistent, responses were slow, and I often felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. The process was far more stressful than it needed to be, especially given the expectations set at the beginning. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency and attention to detail. I expected professionalism and guidance, but instead I was left feeling confused and unsupported throughout much of the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others looking for reliable and responsive legal assistance.

The legal team was competent. Email responses quick by one team member not so for another. I liked that they had a boiler plate fee schedule ready at the end of our consult. Before seeing C&S I had two other consultations. All considered, C&S has a fair fee schedule.
