  Very difficult to work with due to lack of communication. I was represented by this attorney as a seller and had an extremely hard time getting any response—calls went unanswered and emails were ignored. Even when active decisions were being made in the transaction, I was not consistently kept informed. While he may have knowledge in the field, the lack of availability and communication made this a frustrating experience. I would not work with him again.

  I had a really great experience working with Napolitano real state attorney office especially with shantel the legal assistant, she was helpful, easy to talk to and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. They made the whole process feel a lot less stressful and were very organized and on top of everything. You can tell they really care about their work and about helping their clients. Overall, Shantel is just a really nice and reliable person to work with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with real sate. Ask for Shantel.

  Dangerous economically law office, Mr. Napolitano wasted my time for two weeks without response when I wanted to sell my property. 100% lack of communication, my Realtor sent all paperwork to his office to start selling my property and after one week, 7 days without response, after that week I called again Monday and his rude secretary transferred me to Phil Napolitano, and he didn't even checked all my documents and paperwork, and then he wanted to solve and fix his ineptitude right at the moment without organizing and planning. I'm mad because he made me loose money and time. LAZY, UNORGANIZED, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, UNRESPONSIVE, IRRESPONSIBLE, INNEFECTIVE. I don't recommend this "attorney" for any Real Estate transaction. I went to other excellent Law Office Firm and it was the opposite, very decent, honor, very private , with separate rooms for seller and buyer at closing, and smooth transaction. I have been in Real Estate for some years, and if you think in contacting Phil Napolitano Law office, please think twice, you will loose money and time. Time is money, and you'll waist it with this "law office".
