  On December 2025 I was searching for a SSDI lawyer in the bronx, i was denied twice for SSI or SSDI. I decided to Google NYDisibility Lawyer and spotted Law Office of Daniel Berger and read it's reviews. I called the office and got an appointment fast. The In-take staff (Ms. Bueno) explained in detail the process; the Case Worker Mrs. Melendez talked about the medical records needed and so on. Both ladies very professional. From Jan to April 2026 staff members communicated with me and they were working on my case. My hearing May 4th 2026 and same day I was approved. Thanks to my Lawyer Mr. Levine and it's staff members. I trust and recommend them to anyone who need their SSI or SSDI approved, 5 stars.
