- DRDeb Rock3 days ago5.0We just sold our house FSBO with Kim as our real estate attorney. We chose her after seeing the glowing reviews on social media, and also because her office was very responsive when we called to inquire about retaining her services. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives great advice. She walked us through the process seamlessly and was happy to answer all of our questions (we had quite a few). She also went out of her way to help us close on time after some miscommunication with the buyer led to a scheduling conflict. And best of all, she has bowls of candy throughout her office. 10/10 experience.
- KKKim5 days ago2.0We used Kim Salerno for the sale and purchase of our homes. Her office assistant Karen always answers the phone huffing and puffing like you've interrupted her day by calling, and then sighs again once you ask a question. I had to email Kim multiple times and sometimes still didn't get a response until I called. I called and emailed with a question regarding something after closing and never got a response. She is nice until she gets paid, then she won't even speak to you. I recommend going with another lawyer.

- JMJeff MilosMay 7, 20221.0Kim Salerno Law almost made me lose a house. Her office would not respond to emails nor phone calls. The office was continually missing paperwork as well. This made the closing go on for 4 months! We had to continually extend with the bank just to be able to come to the table. Would not recommend Salerno Law.
