  great experience all around- we sold our condo, and the whole process was seamless, efficient and fast ( 2 mo between accepted offer and closing). Elias is responsive, by email and/or text, and clearly explains everything and gets the job done. The closing docs and final numbers were exactly what we had figured. The closing was easy and pleasant for everybody. Everything went well- highly recommended for your real estate needs!
