John Webber should not be practicing law. Approximately 10 years ago. I went to John Weber for a very simple bankruptcy case. He completely guided me in the wrong direction and for a $37,000 bankruptcy case my ex-husband wound up losing a $1.5 million dollar home. He Never took any responsibility for any of it and would not answer any of my calls to help me along the way. . He did refund my $2000 bankruptcy fee because he knew that he was an error. He had a very unqualified gentleman named Allen working for him that was not even a lawyer., Although John was the one that came to court with me sweating bullets in the courthouse so we can’t blame anyone else. i should have ran then . If you want to see details on this case it was Brooklyn Bankruptcy court system trustee vs. Bevilacqua. Run fast !!! Don’t use him!
