  When calling i was put on speaker and couldn't hear, was constantly loudly and rudely told to stop talking even when I explained this, then when I tried to answer the question he kept raising his voice so l Ioudly it messed with my phone speaker, getting more rude by the moment until I had to hang up because he said hes busy with other things. They couldve simply asked to call back. I would never work with rude screaming men so I said that and went off to find someone who behaves professionally. Talking to people that way is for entitled people who cant handle being spoken over when it was their choice to use speakerphone that barely works. I was attempting to explain the exact situation once Mr dowd got on the call, but using a superior and LOUD voice over me was thought-scrambling. I had my exact statement ready and written to HOW to answer but didnt complete the call due to the constant mistreatment of a total stranger. No love lost here but thanks for being an absolute maniac so id know not to engage you. You dont work with someone who yells over you every time you TRY to answer what they asked but cant finish a sentence. I have 100% proof of negligence and my $ wont be going to them. Dowd has a vicious way of talking to potential clients. Ill pass. Partially my fault because I confused them with the listing of the firm with 4.9 stars. Im amazed they have more than 1 to be so honest a decade of knowing lawyers and working with them to solve problems. Here, their foul communication is the problem and I never raise my voice or get flustered but the arrogance immediately made me sick. This person needs serious therapy. The woman who answered the phone was really nice though. Wish id recorded the call so people could hear firsthand how absolutely disgusting this man "communicates" to someone with evidence of malpractice... but is never allowed to get out the single sentence proving it.

  I can’t say enough about how great this firm is. Clayton took the time to answer any question I had with a quick response. Was able to work around my work schedule when I had to sign papers by staying late and meeting me on a Saturday also. Very professional!
