  We found that Jared was quite knowledgeable about the area of real estate law involved in our issue. He is a good listener and we could tell that he did extra statute and case law research. He found that the section of land under dispute was not treated the same as most railroad grant land. He also maintains good communications with us and if he doesn't know the answers to our questions, he finds out and gets back to us. We have recommended Jared to a friends.
