  I cannot say enough good things about my son’s defense attorney. From the very first consultation, JP was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in my son’s case. He explained every step of the process clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. His guidance gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. He treated us with respect, never judged, and fought relentlessly on my son’s behalf. If you are looking for a defense attorney who is professional, trustworthy, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend JP. Five stars without hesitation.

  Recently my family reached out to this law firm to discuss a child custody case.. Instead of saying this case is too difficult for him or that he prefers to take easy cases, Mr Plachecki was incredibly strange and rude. I’m not sure if he misunderstood the situation or was having a bad day but regardless it was very tacky. Out of the 5 attorneys we contacted he was the only one who had this reaction. He laughed and said “well now you have my attention” when he found out the child involved attends his old highschool which I found very weird. In 2020 Mississippi allowed me to choose which parent I lived with. I chose my father who I did not know very well because he let me drop out of school, not have a job, and supplied me alcohol since the age of 16. He moved my family to Minnesota and isolated us from the stable life we once knew. My younger siblings went where ever I went. I am left with the guilt of the decision I made at 16 years old weighing on my chest every second of everyday along with the disgust I will carry for eternity for having an inappropriate sexual relationship with my own father before I was old enough to understand I wasn’t “special” I was a victim. Mr Plachecki basically laughed in our faces. Thank goodness he did because now we have a wonderful attorney from a much more reputable bigger firm out of Rochester who will get this situation handled like the pro plachecki wishes he could be. He implied my sister was not worth the money it would take to save her but he was very wrong and other attorneys have validated how strange the encounter was and that is why I am writing this. My family on both sides are willing to do whatever it takes to save my 16 year old sister. Mr Plachecki is an embarrassing fool. Maybe his daughter or his sister isn’t worth the money or time but ours is! Shame on this man for implying otherwise and for giving terrible legal advice.

  Working with JP was my first experience with a lawyer and I already know I'll never go anywhere else! He went above and beyond to represent me while he, and his team, always answered my questions, treated me with respect and made a scary process easy. He's got a great personality that puts you at ease and he's not afraid to crack jokes to break up the tension. Upfront and straightforward are two words that describe him well and how he approaches each case. When I left his office, I had confidence in him which made me have confidence that things would turn out alright (which it did of course). I can't speak highly enough of this man and his team. They are phenomenal and I appreciate their help immensely.

  These guys are the REAL DEAL. In a world riddled with so called pros who over promise and under deliver its absolutely refreshing to have discovered Price, Mcluer and Plachecki. I called every family lawyer on google from Winona to Rochester interviewing lawyers frantically after being hung out to dry by a firm that was all flash/cost and no results. By the time I found JP and Richmond my case was in bad shape and I was being absolutely steamrolled. These guys stepped in the game in the 4th quarter with two minutes to go and down by 7 and won the game! I cannot say enough about the skills, experience and professionalism these guys displayed both in and out of the court. They were straight with me about my position and what they could do and couldn’t do. They got justice for me and my family. I couldn’t thank the lord enough for sending me these guys.
