- MSMargaret SJun 18, 20261.0I don’t know how I missed these reviews stating what I recently dealt with . Lawyers love to take on cases knowing they don’t have the time nor expertise to handle the case . I notice in these reviews complaints about the lack of assertiveness and urgency . I specifically hired Jill to wrap about what has now been a year long custody case . I hired her for that exact reason as my previous lawyer was doing the same lolligagging that Jill ended up doing . When it was time to hammer down and get things I found myself feeling like I was working for her not the other way around . If you’ve dealt with narcissist in court then you know that time is of the essence. It was clear she was moving on her own timeline and then when I pointed this out she abruptly withdrew from the case . I paid this woman out of my retirement savings because she said she could get this done quickly and has failed to do so with no account for her lack of urgency and attention to the case when it was needed the most . These lawyers are quick to run up the bill just to leave you stranded
