- SSSueSep 23, 20241.0Not helpful AT ALL! Jill Very sarcastic, rude and glib. Didn't offer any solutions or help, didn't care what we had to say. Wouldn't look at anything that had been documented, she continually,interrupted, and once the half hour was up, was sure quick to "shoo us out!" Was sure quick to take my money after 45 mins. Wouldn't refer ANYONE to her!!
