  I hired Groshek to simply file an Answer to my husbands petition for a divorce. I sent them all the information. I completed their intake form and begged them to just file the answer. More than $4000 later they didn't file the answer, instead they were telling me to pay more money. All they did was keep asking questions I had already answered because they didn't read anything I sent to them. I was told I would have one attorney who only talked to me for 2 minutes on the phone to tell me to answer their form. She did not allow any time to talk about my case or understand what was important to me. Then I find out some other attorney was representing me. It was a very planned and impersonal process (like it was just a game) to just take as much money for the least amount work. Great, they win. They got more than $4000 and I couldn't even get them to file a simple answer form with the court. When they said I only had only $1000 left in my retainer and they wanted more money I lost all faith that they had any integrity to do the job I hired them to do and asked them to give it back to me. Instead of just giving it back to me, they manufactured even more B.S. ways to take a couple hundred more (for nothing). Getting an answer filed is THE most important thing and filing a simple answer form with no children custody or parenting time issues does not cost $4000 plus, but they didn't do it. This is simply pathetic GREED and theft. I have asked them to give me back my money and they just ignored me like I just don't matter. Once again, I'm just abused and taken advantage of as if I don't matter and they don't care. :(
