  I have trusted Birkholz Law with my rights twice over the last few years, both in very complex situations. These delicate situations required a very competent lawyer that is incredibly talented at negotiating, protecting one’s rights, patient, good with discretion in ways it’s needed, all with an added dose of compassion. The lawyer that I have hired both times is Zachary Webster. After having him represent me these two times, and do so well at ensuring I have my rights honored, I cannot imagine having anyone but Zachary Webster or Birkholz law be the firm I will trust with all my legal needs moving forward.   I have worked with Sean Morris twice. Both times it involved HRO (Harassment Orders) and I was beyond impressed with the results. Sean was very open and honest with me. He never sugar-coated what was happening with the case. He took the time to listen to my concerns. Not once did he just blow me off or make me feel like my case wasnt important! I have worked with other attorneys in the past because family estate or divorce cases. I never felt like those attorneys were on my side or that I could truly trust them. I felt like I could trust Sean. It was obvious that he had my back. I know I will continue to return to him if I have any future issues and would recommend him to everyone..
