  I worked with Zach Webster and he was a very upfront honest person from the start through to the end. Birkoltz is a fantastic Law Firm to work with. Great communication, Fast response time to any calls emails or text. Zach really treats you as a Client and not just a number. Zach takes the time to explain each step of the process on a level a person can understand. I cannot thank Zach band the rest of Birkoltz enough!

  Jacob is reliable, communicative, and broke things down in a way that was better understood for us. We weren’t expecting to get a response or call from him in the evening, or even the weekends. He got us the end result that we wanted and is always ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

  Sean Morris is an outstanding attorney. His communication, organization, and dedication made a difficult process far more manageable. He consistently took the time to explain things clearly and ensured every detail was correct. His patience and perseverance truly stood out. What impressed me most was how he stepped in and immediately moved the case forward. Before he became involved, things often felt stagnant. Once he took over, he created a clear plan, kept the momentum going, and made sure every issue was addressed instead of left hanging.
