  Called two weeks ago for an attorney to call back for consultation, never got a call. Called back and the only time the lawyer, Tia Fourth of July week had time to talk was on my birthday. Otherwise I had to wait another week! So right smack in the middle of the day 2 PM. I’m sitting there waiting, 10 minutes go by, no call. I called the assistant passed me through to Tia, sounded like she was in her car and answered so unprofessionally she’s like “yeah” I said we had an appointment she goes. Oh I guess I can talk. I have 15 minutes until 230…. How incredibly rude that she didn’t call me and then docked the time 10 minutes, didn’t get to ask all my questions and then she couldn’t understand a simple question and I thought lawyers were smart. I would never go with anyone from this law firm. Thanks for ruining my birthday! And I’ve been waiting to talk to a lawyer for so long and to just waste my time and now I have to find a competent one.
