  This process was initiated by me in 2018 (currently 2026), and numerous denials were received from Social Security; however, Midwest consistently identified and rectified the issues that required correction and resolution. This was way too long of a process and I’m happy it’s finally resolved. The staff was nice and everyone seemed to be happy to help me finally get through the process. Mandy was kind and supportive.

  The people at Midwest were so good to me. I got hurt on my job where I was yelled at then ignored when it was time for the manager call the work comp hotline she wasn't going to help till said I was gonna call corporate. I called Midwest to ask a simple question and Shelley called me once a month just to see how I was doing, and that is when I learned of lost wages... Things I had no idea I cld get . I had done things on my own to get better but it didn't do any good the pain was too bad. I will never be able to do the work that once brought me joy, and because of Midwest since I had to take a pay cut, I'll have a little money to pay bills and care for my kids. Everyone I worked with was so professional and kind and listened.... They made me feel like I still mattered after giving my all to a job for 9 years then not asking to get hurt just to be treated so poorly- they fought for me to get what I rightly deserved even after the IME for sentry lied in his report! I am so amazed and grateful for them and there is not enough money in the world if I had , I wld give them more... I still suffer but I smile when I think of them and feel so fortunate Thank you and God bless you

  I tried on my own at first and was turned down. I was referred by a very good friend of mine. I was so happy with the process and attention to any concerns Im or questions I had. The process took time they were professional and helped me every step of the way. I won my case and the outcome was better than I expected.

  Very friendly and commutative during the whole process. Any questions or concerns you can always call and ask they have the answers.. I would have given five stars but I got approved for only SSI, but denied for SSDI.. Took almost 4 years.. They went all the way to a federal appeals court, after so many denials.. so in that regards they are an amazing law firm. I highly recommend Midwest Disability for any claim you may need on your disability.

  They were professional, helpful, fast in getting paperwork signed, helping me to understand the process, helping with paperwork, checking in weekly, updating new information. They were on top of everything, I couldn't have done it without them helping me won my case and from the start they showed me that and I referred them to someone else that has a case coming up soon. Thank you for all of your help
