After speaking with an attorney at Jackson and Associates and them taking my case they were able to get that claim open and the prior ruling overturned. After being so frustrated about the original decision from step 1 they made sure I understood what the process would be and kept me informed of the steps taking place. Everyone in the office that I encountered handled me and my case with care, professionalism and respect. I honestly don’t think that my case would have been overturned if it wasn’t for them. I’m glad I made the decision to go with this firm.
