I started drinking again after years of sobriety and got charged with DUI/DWI, after receiving a PBJ for the same thing 7 years ago. I realized I have a problem and need to be in recovery, and I wanted to show the court I could do it. Mr. Scott counseled me through the entire process and went above and beyond to move the case to circuit and push the date out as far as it would go. That allowed me to have nine months of counseling, therapy, AA, and most importantly sobriety under my belt, so he could present it to the judge. It really helped. Richard K. Scott is a fantastic lawyer and will work miracles for you, but if you get in trouble you have to do your part as well. Listen to him, his advice is second to none. The more you do for yourself, the more he will be able to do for you, and he WILL be able to help you.
