  I reached out to David Ellin after I was involved in a serious car accident, and I’m really grateful I did. From the beginning, he made himself available, took the time to listen, and truly cared about what I was going through. He is a strong advocate for his clients, but what stood out to me most was that he never pressured me into making decisions I was uncomfortable with. He would explain everything clearly, give his honest legal advice, and respect my choices throughout the process. You can tell he has a strong reputation in the legal community and knows how to handle difficult situations effectively. I also appreciated his background as a former prosecutor because you can see that he genuinely believes in fighting for what is right and standing up for people. Nicoletta and the rest of his team were also kind, professional, and responsive every step of the way. Going through a serious accident is incredibly stressful, but David made me feel supported, heard, and well represented throughout the process.   I was involved in an auto accident this past January that resulted in my vehicle being totaled and caused several injuries.
