  Had a very poor experience with this firm. They charged over 11k. Mrs. Poff withdrew from our counsel days before a rent escrow trial, a trial which was ruled in our favor. Id recommend to avoid.

  I worked with Lusk Law on a landlord-tenant matter, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rebekah Lusk, Lacey Poff, and Louisa Alexander were wonderful to work with and provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. While I first met with Rebekah when my case began, Lacey was the attorney who worked most closely with me from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in my case. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and make sure I understood my options. What I appreciated most was that I never felt left in the dark. I always knew where things stood and felt confident that the team was advocating for my best interests. My case was a bit complex, but the team remained persistent, professional, and committed throughout the process. They took the time to understand my situation, developed thoughtful strategies, and continued pushing for a fair resolution. Rebekah remained involved along the way, and Louisa was instrumental in keeping everything organized and ensuring communication stayed on track. Together, they made an excellent team. Beyond their legal expertise, they treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion during a very stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you are looking for a legal team that is knowledgeable, communicative, and truly cares about its clients, I would absolutely recommend Lusk Law.

  Stephen Bright represented us during a defective bathroom remodel dispute with a contractor. We were less than thrilled spending more money after already paying for a defective bathroom remodel however Stephen represented us well, providing expert guidance not only on legal aspects but the construction related as well. He pushed to negotiate a favorable settlement which was eventually agreed to without expensive litigation as some attorneys will push for, we always felt our interests were unquestionably first. Office staff pleasant and responsive as well.

  worked with Rebecca about 20 years ago on a landlord tenant issue. Rebecca is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I have not had to hire her since then because I have not needed a lawyer. However I have 20 more years experience in life, in business, and in people. I am happy (but sad) to report only only 2 of thealmost10 attorneys whom were paid hundreds of thousands $$ to protect me did their job with intergrity. Rebecca is a winner in every sense of the word in an industry where "people" service is a matter of great importance. I received the Lusk Law newsletter and felt it necessary to write this review. Especially reading about the outstanding career work/life balance she seems to have successfully balanced, and not at the cost of her clients. It is obvious Rebecca's clients mean more to her than just another case file. God bless you Rebecca. I would call on you for help on a new issue, but I can't afford the 2026 prices. LOL Costs have definitely risen. I recently gave my tenant a $200 discount on her monthly rent to help with the excessive prices many of us are experiencing. Writing a review is much more than stars, complaints, emotions, etc., it's about people helping people. Thank you Rebecca. I appreciate you. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
