Michael Gast is an unapologetically old-school, no-nonsense powerhouse.In my custody case, my ex brought a web of absolute lies and deception to the courtroom. Mr. Gast didn't just see through it—he systematically exposed every single fabrication like a seasoned prosecutor. He is fiercely strong, deeply strategic, and a total nightmare for anyone sitting on the opposite side of the aisle. Thanks to his relentless advocacy, I walked out of court with the exact custody arrangement I requested. However, a quick word of advice for future clients: buy a printer and a scanner right now, and keep your files organized. Mr. Gast works absolute vampire hours. Because he is incredibly prompt and works tirelessly around the clock, you will get urgent documents that need to be signed and sent back immediately, whether it's early morning or late at night.   From the moment I spoke with Mr. Gast, I felt at ease and had great confidence in him to represent me. Michael is above all steady, a quality that you really want in a lawyer, to help you navigate the legal system. Michael always listened and responded thoughtfully, and helped me make sense of my situation and what would work best. He knows Frederick Country very well and had excellent suggestions that strengthened my case. He's a stand-up guy, with a solid sense of right and wrong. He also went out of his way to make himself available, if I needed to discuss something. Finally, an added bonus: he has a great sense of humor!
