  Made a consultation appointment online, the person didn’t show up or call me. I called them back and the person who answered stated that I would get a call back. I requested email correspondence because I had a bunch of meetings the rest of the day. Of course he called back when I was in a meeting. He left an unfriendly voicemail. I called back told the lady again email was preferred and she said he would email me. Two weeks pass and nothing. I just called and explained what happened. The lady asked me what the case was about. I told her (mind you this is all in the appointment request) and she says she thought they don’t handle those cases. It’s a super easy case that I could my own but don’t have time. I tell her that this would have been helpful information to have had weeks ago. I told her I was going to leave a review and that was it. Unprofessional time wasters.

  Mr. Pillai is very professional and understanding. He is a great listener. I thank him for being a great lawyer. They are a great team and I would recommend this firm to anyone.
