  David Muncy, of the Plaxen Adler Muncy law firm, represented me in an automobile accident case that closed last month, and I am so glad I wound up with him as my attorney. My case was not a huge one, but in terms of time and focus, David Muncy treated it like it was a big case. He or his paralegal, Kristen Turner, returned every call and email within a day’s time. More importantly, when he and I did talk, he really listened to what I wanted out of a case where someone ran a red light and totaled my car. I received a decent settlement -- and most all a sense of closure to the accident. Perhaps most indicative of the respect David Muncy’s colleagues have for him, my brother, an attorney in Oklahoma, referred me to Mr. Muncy when it became apparent that being out of state was going to make it difficult for him to offer the best representation. Out of the many Maryland attorneys he could have led me to, he chose Mr. Muncy. I am happy he did.

  I had a very good experience working with this attorney. They took over my insurance claim, handled the process professionally, and ultimately helped me reach a settlement. Not only yhst, even helped me with diminishing value on car without taking a dime for that.   I was involved in a car accident that left my vehicle totaled and left me unable to work, and had several weeks of therapy following the accident.
