  Attorney Brown and the staff were excellent to work with relating to estate planning. Attorney Brown was thorough, answered all my questions, and made creating a trust from start to finish seamless. I highly recommend this firm and in particular this Attorney for your estate planning.

  Before my brother in law passed away unexpectedly, he left my husband and I the name of the attorney who executed his Trust, the Adams Law Office. From the day we were notified he died, the law firm was extremely helpful in answering questions for us. We live in New York and were not able to get to Maryland for three weeks due to severe weather conditions. All our calls and emails were promptly and professionally answered, which gave us time to get many things accomplished from home until we were able to travel to Maryland. We asked if they could recommend a good real estate agent, we didn’t want to pick one at random. We were told the founder of Adams Law Office, Suren Adams, is also the founder of Adams Realty and they would put us in touch with someone. Soon after, Suren Adams called us about the sale of the house. We asked her to meet us at the house during our visit so we could list the property with her. We had a good discussion, during which she recommended an excellent clean out company and made an appointment for them to meet us at the house to arrange for the clean out. Suren arrived for our appointment with all the necessary paperwork, made some notes about the property and explained the process to us. Honestly, not only were we very impressed, but she seemed so friendly and personable, it was like talking to a friend. We contacted her after the clean out was complete. She hired a contractor to make cosmetic renovations to prepare the house for sale. The house looked amazing! Once we received an offer, she explained the steps required prior to the closing and guided us every step of the way. We felt reassured having a lawyer as a real estate broker to go over all the documents of the sale. Everything was explained in phone calls and emails. Even though we live in another state we had complete peace of mind and total trust and confidence in Suren’s handling of the property. I cannot say enough good things about the Adams Law Office and Adams Realty firms. It’s clear to me, from our personal experience, that both firms, under the leadership of Suren Adams, strive for excellence and are very attentive to their clients needs. I highly recommend using their professional services without hesitation. If I have one regret, it’s that we live in New York and will not be able to use the Adams Law Office to execute a Trust for our family.

  I realized that a Will was not going to be sufficient to help my family in taking care of my estate once I died. Adams Law Firm was recommended to me by someone who had used their services. I am so glad that I reached out to them. I now have a Trust. Now, I don't feel that my family will be greatly burdened with settling my affairs. The staff of the Firm heard my desires and developed documents to assist me and my family to take care of all my legal matters if I am not able and when I'm no longer here.
