- SMScott MiddledorfAug 7, 20261.0My wife was almost paralyzed after bad adjustments at a chiropractor‘s office. The chiropractor‘s office never sent her to get x-rays or MRIs and was blindly adjusting her for a couple years after they gravely injured her. She had to get emergency spine surgery, now has permanent and lasting damage. This law firm not only fed us lines and led us on, but they then also kept making excuses to push this out further and further until almost a year of wasting our time just to give us a phone call in less than 30 seconds, tell us they don’t believe there’s enough for the case, and that they were closing it due to their “expert” opinion they never provided us with. They never provided us with any real details along the way, and only made excuses for why the timelines they provided were pushed further and further out. I do not recommend this law firm. They are very big on telling you what you wanna hear and then not following through, very disappointed.

My father was diagnosed with mesothelioma in November of 2024 and passed in December of 2025. No only did Tom Kelley and his team work diligently on his case from the start, they helped us transition after his passing, This firm has treated us with the upmost respect and dignity from the moment we called the office to Inquire about our options. My father’s health declined during periods through the year and this firm was so understanding and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone in need of council.
