  Absolutely horrible Law Firm. My daughter was getting terribly bullied at Hereford Middle School and the school covered it up and destroyed 8 years of her school files. Still after 8 years they haven’t found the MIA files. I was referred to this Law Firm from my personal attorney. They agreed to take my case on Contingency. After years of discovery and working directly with the Paralegal (who was wonderful and was the only one that knew everything we went through and she did all the foot work) she abruptly left. The case then was handed off and it was obvious this individual could have cared less about my case, the trauma that was inflicted and knowledge about the case. After me pushing to move forward we finally got to depositions and I felt like I should have been paid to be the attorney cause I was the one pointing out discrepancies and blatant lies by the school board. After years of dealing with rehashing of trauma and depositions it came down to being told in a roundabout way to walk away with nothing. My discernment was telling me something else was going on and why I was being put in a corner to let it go….or if I chose to continue I was then told, out of the blue, the amount of money I was owing the law firm for the depositions and I would have to pay additional monies if I wanted to move forward. This was the beginning of a continued nightmare. Still to this day my personal attorney and other attorneys from other firms are shocked how this all played out and how I was forced to pay for all the depositions…which came out to be very expensive. I was told by this law firm that they would legally go after me personally if I did not pay. Not only did I get screwed out of case, that we had a massive amount of evidence against the School and School Board for a positive ending to the trauma BUT then I got screwed with owing thousands to the this law firm. Which I’m still paying monthly for the past few years. This is a nightmare and something I wish on no one. Do your research and ask many questions before deciding which law firm to go with. They all screw you in the end you just have to pick the one that acts if they care and will fight for the best possible solution.
