  Caroly Pedersen was absolutely amazing throughout our entire green card process. From the beginning, she made us feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Immigration can be stressful and confusing, but Caroly was always there to answer our questions, explain what was happening, and help guide us through every step. What really stood out to me was how friendly, patient, and responsive she always was. We never felt like just another case. She made a very important and emotional process feel so much easier for our family. Now that everything has been approved, I can honestly say I’m incredibly thankful we had Caroly helping us through it all.
