  I'm not having that same great experience you folk speak about. I send text and it takes several days to respond and calling me with any updates has never happen. This is my first time dealing with this kind of case and I feel lost. The lack of communication is as worst as the injury itself

  This firm is slow to respond and too incompetent to understand. Phone lines are rigged, the so called intake people are the worst ever! This firm lies lies lies, no wonder their on TV all they do is lie and pick and choose their clients. No Real concern or attentiveness! No urgency from these people don't waste your time! Hell, just observe their poorly written copy & paste apology responses to everyone on here! This place is a COMMERCIALIZED JOKE! Their faulty system is crashing, right before us.
