  I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan & Morgan regarding my injury case. They sent an investigator/representative to inspect and measure the area involved in the incident, but the measurements taken were incorrect and did not reflect the actual location or conditions involved in my case. Based on that inaccurate information, they decided not to move forward. Concerned that my case was being dismissed based on incorrect findings, I sought a second opinion from another law firm. The new attorney’s office reviewed the correct area, handled the matter properly, and ultimately settled my case successfully. What concerns me most is that if I had simply accepted the original assessment, my case could have been seriously harmed or lost entirely. In my opinion, greater care and accuracy should have been used before making a decision that could affect someone’s legal rights and financial recovery. This was my personal experience, and because of it, I would not use this firm again.

  I've always heard the radio commercials for Morgan & Morgan and I'm glad they stuck in my head. When a driver fell asleep at the wheel and totaled my vehicle, Morgan & Morgan was there for me. If I could rate them over 5 stars, I would.

  I seen someone on my whatever you want to call it when I'm sitting there telling you about my issues and I know the person because I talk to them off and on and it said that they liked your firm I don't feel comfortable now so do not call me thank you

  Olivia was absolutely, amazingly helpful with getting me and my family to understand what we would need to do in order to get my compensation and the help I needed to get back to living life normally after my accident and I’m proud to say they were my first call and for the last 3 years she stood with me and kept me updated the whole time and made sure I felt like she were fighting for me. I’m so thankful and grateful and I would recommend anyone who has had an injury to call Morgan and Morgan!
