  I hired Mr Boudreau over a year ago after my ex began withholding my timesharing. Mr. Boudreau was certain that his initial motion would cause the other parent to start cooperating. He was wrong, they filed a counter-motion using the same tactics that they have used before. I wasn’t surprised but somehow he was, I should’ve stopped there. I was advised by Mr. Boudreau to avoid having our case heard by the magistrate and wait for a date with a judge. I didn’t like the idea of waiting for months but I agreed. Little did I know that the opposing counsel could attach their counter motion, even though it was filed months after. At that point we lost the sense of urgency and the timing was irrelevant. Not only that but the opposing counsel then asked for a continuance due to a scheduling conflict. Just like that, without any verification, the continuance was granted and the trial date was over a year from the original filing dates. I spent over 18 months without any time sharing. When we finally got to trial I expected justice and it was just a run around. Mr Boudreau asked about 5 questions while I was interrogated for so long that they had to stop and reschedule to keep asking more questions. I did not feel as if I was advocated for not one time during these proceedings. And after a year of not seeing my children and 10-12,000$ Mr Boudreau would rather withdraw as my counsel and collect his money. Instead of accepting his failures and coming up with a better strategy. It’s shameful what these attorneys get away with, while hardworking parents get put the ringer. For nothing. Hire them if you want to but id suggest finding someone more competent.

  He handled a divorce for me and I recommend him to any and everyone. He is an EXCELLENT attorney who takes time to sit and listen to you. He is supportive and fought for me when I could not fight for myself. I am forever grateful.

  Craig was hired by my ex-wife in handling her side of the divorce. We were both on amicable terms, and looking to have this handled quickly and without issues. I had my attorney and she unfortunately chose Craig. What a huge mistake!! His only desire was to create additional booking hours and expenses to charge her, knowing her funds were already limited and had he listened to her direction on where she wanted to get this resolved, it would of costs her a minimal retainer fee. If I could rate him -1 stars that's what he would receive. Even after he dropped her case, he continued to add on additional fees and interest for work that was not needed in this case, in addition slapping a lien on her for $800. Terrible business and customer service on his part. The Good news is we resolved this divorce amicably and happily without the services of Craig Boudreau. Do your homework and speak to other attorneys before wasting/losing your money with this attorney.

  By far the BEST family law attorney Ive ever had representing my case. Unfortunately, Ive had a few lawyers throughout my ongoing battle with an ex. Craig & his entire staff has treated me with dignity & respect. He has always been patient while explaining the entire process in simple terms and never made me feel like a nuisance with my weekly questions. His staff is always warm and friendly treating me like family. I never doubt Craig has my back and has always made me feel protected. Craig’s fees are beyond fair and reasonable. Ive never felt like he was doing this for the money but rather to protect the rights of me and my children. I highly recommend this law firm if you are dealing with and legal issues!
